Ingredients:
- 8 cups green beans
- 6 cloves garlic
- 1 large lemon
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
Directions:
- Mince the garlic and sauté in the olive oil until fragrant
- Add the green beans, cover with a lid and cook until tender
- Cut the lemon in half and squeeze juice over the greens
- Stir to mix and cook for a few more minutes
